Principle Consultant, Dynamics 365


The Principal Consultant is the lead for delivering NuSoft’s solution delivery team with responsibility for being both customer facing and revenue generating.  This individual will gather client technical and business requirements, provide D365 CRM, Data/AI and Azure consulting, execute and/or lead technical workshops with clients, and develop product and proposal content.  This individual will also provide consulting leadership on projects.

Primary Responsibilities:


  • Establishes NuSoft as a recognized leader in technology led innovation through public speaking and published though leadership.
  • Delivers technical and functional expertise for NuSoft clients on assigned projects.
  • Supports strategic solution sales and revenue growth through proactive engagement with clients.
  • Builds C-level trusted relationships with target organizations.
  • Provides thought leadership to NuSoft’s core go-to-market solutions.
  • Wins new business by developing client proposals and presenting solutions directly to clients.
  • Manages client engagements at all levels of client interaction with responsibility for product and technical content.
  • Establishes and leads high performing teams for client projects.
  • Follows industry technology trends through self-study and formal training and shares that knowledge internally and externally via white papers, blog posts and social media.

Project Manager


We are actively looking for a talented Project Manager to join our PMO.  The Project Manager provides project oversight and management to deliver projects on time and on budget in support of the customer’s business objectives. The project manager will serve as a project lead to both internal and external clients, and will communicate scope, progress, and issues/risks to stakeholders at various levels.  Our project managers add value by becoming a trusted advisor to our customers.

Desired Qualifications:


  • Outline the total reach of the project, including defining deliverables based on stakeholder-significant objectives.
  • Develop and manage project scope, schedule and resources including the creation and management of work breakdown structures. Manage project priorities, assigning and scheduling tasks for consultants.
  • Use established tools for managing program timing; identify and prepare the team for the stages and major events for review; operate strictly to the timeline.
  • Execute the fundamental reach of project management, from the preliminary planning stages, to implementation, tracking, and through completion; adhering to the budget and schedule, and applicable quality control measures.
