Dale Mansour

Chief Executive Officer

In 1994, Dale Mansour originally founded NuSoft Solutions with several other skilled technology consultants that were dedicated to transforming companies and making technology a catalyst in maximizing customer productivity and probability. He successfully guided the company in its growth from a single person company to one of the nation’s leading Microsoft firms, until he sold it to RCM Technologies in 2008.

After transitioning NuSoft to RCM, Dale joined the ranks of Microsoft and managed Corporate and subsequently State and Local Government customers throughout the Central Region.

Recently, Dale leapt at the unexpected opportunity to join an ownership group that repurchased NuSoft and is now reigniting the company that was once named one of the top six custom developers in the world by Microsoft.

As a business professional with proven leadership and management skills, Dale capitalizes on over thirty years of IT experience around Microsoft-based solutions. He is fanatical about ensuring that NuSoft will once again be the go-to Business and Digital Transformation Consultancy for customers and Microsoft alike. He now leads a team of skilled and knowledgeable professionals at NuSoft who share his passion for technology and high customer standards.

Jason Profile

Jason Wickman

Director, Sales & Marketing

Jason Wickman, Managing Partner, has over 20 years’ experience and leads Marketing & Sales for NuSoft Solutions. Most recently Jason was the Director of Sales at Microsoft managing enterprise sellers for Dynamics CRM across multiple industries such as automotive manufacturing, financial services, health, and life sciences. He’s worked closely with organizations such as Ford, General Motors, Dow Chemical, Plante Moran, Humana, and Amway. Jason is passionate about helping executives improve revenue and profit margins through better alignment and technology investments across both marketing, sales & service disciplines.

Prior to being Managing Partner at NuSoft Solutions, Jason worked for SAP, Dykema-Gosset, and EDS. In his spare time, he is an avid reader of popular business books, enjoys boating on the lake, playing guitar, singing, song-writing, hunting, and fly-fishing with his wife and two children.

Jason holds a BSBA in Management Information Systems from Central Michigan University and is pursuing his MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute. He participates in many community affairs and has held multiple board positions at various non-profits such as Michigan Chapter of Trout Unlimited, Chelsea Youth Sports Organization, among others.


Rayan Hanoudi

Director, Consulting & Delivery

Rayan Hanoudi is one of the Managing Partner’s of NuSoft Solutions and Director, Solution & Delivery with  over 10 years’ experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) systems across numerous industries and over 20 years experience in system administration, application development, project management and IT consultation. Rayan is passionate about helping executives manage and utilize their CRM solution to improve sales and marketing execution. Rayan has consulted with businesses across North America and Europe, working with multi-national companies, as well as high growth small businesses. 

Prior to NuSoft Solutions, Rayan worked with TractionCRM, DaimlerChrysler, and EDS (Known as HP Enterprise now) in multiple IT roles. In his spare time, he enjoys reading about finance and business book, keeping up with the latest computer technology, and traveling with his wife and two daughters. 

Rayan holds a BS in Computer Science from Oakland University, Michigan.

Becky Cote

Director, Consulting & Delivery

Becky Cote is one of the Managing Partner’s of NuSoft Solutions and Director, Solution & Delivery with over 9 years experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) systems across numerous industries and over 20 years experience in software applications. Becky is passionate about helping executives digitally transform current solutions to better improve sales, marketing, and service processes. Becky has consulted with businesses across North America and Europe, working with multi-national companies, as well as high growth small businesses. 

Prior to NuSoft Solutions, Becky worked in the robotics and automation fields at Durr Systems, Chrysler, KUKA Robotics, Fori Automation, and Acme Manufacturing. In her spare time, she enjoys avidly reading, football, baseball, and spending quality time with her family. 

Becky holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological University, Houghton, MI and an MS in Software Engineering from Oakland University, Rochester, MI. Becky is actively involved with her local community and currently serves as a Cub Scout Committee Member.


Steve Smith

Director, Consulting & Delivery

Steve is an accomplished and collaborative technology executive with extensive experience and expertise in ensuring the business value justification and envisioning of technology solutions for business and delivering business technology solutions that create real competitive advantage and value. Steve has a deep and diverse set of experiences with almost every facet of information technology which allows him to creatively see and solve complex business problems by having such a broad perspective and connecting the dots. He is an award winning and highly regarded senior leader a professional services company, and an internationally recognized technology innovator and proactive strategic thinker with high integrity, traditional values and excellent business acumen.

Gary Profile

Gary Desmarais

Director, Project Management

Gary’s career has focused on Consulting and Professional Services – helping customers achieve business outcomes using technology.  Gary articulates the value of a solution to a customer, builds a roadmap, and guides the project along the journey towards customer and team success.  He has received multiple awards for sales and project delivery.  He has deep and broad experience in managing all aspects of a high performing Professional Services organization.

Gary has held his Project Management Professional certification for over 15 years.  He is dedicated to growing businesses, teams, and individuals.


Brian Demoe

Chairman & Founder

Brian Demoe, Managing Partner, has over 35 years’ experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) & IT systems across numerous industries including manufacturing, financial services, insurance, and professional services. He is the creator of the Sales Maturity Model, used to assess and optimize sales & marketing organizations. Brian is passionate about helping executives execute business transformation strategy and creating disruptive business models. His consulting work takes him across North America and Europe, working with multi-national companies, as well as, high growth small businesses. Brian’s thought leadership and results have been highlighted in publications across North America and Europe.

Prior to founding Atrio Systems, Brian worked for GE and HP in sales, marketing, engineering, and management positions. In his spare time, he enjoys exotic travel, hockey, genealogy, and woodworking.

Brian holds a BASc in Engineering from the University of Waterloo, Canada and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, York University, Canada. Brian has been a board member of the Marketing and Sales Executives of Detroit and a member of Automation Alley.
