At NuSoft Solutions, we have accomplished this by
applying our proven principles and best practices.
Guiding our best practices is the NuSoft Solutions Framework,
a guide that provides NuSoft consultants and our clients
a roadmap to success. We start by learning the business,
technology, information and application needs of our
clients, then define and set baseline expectations from
which to build lasting partnerships. Next, our project
team develops schedules and plans to deliver the designed
solution within a prescribed time-frame and budget.
Finally, we use the latest, most-innovative technology
to construct and deliver a fully functional and well-tested
product with all the necessary documentation and education.
The NuSoft Solutions Framework has been born out of
processes and structure provided by the Microsoft Solution
Framework (MSF), Agile Development and Project Management
Institute (PMI) principles. We use our Framework as
a method to provide cost effective component solutions
that integrate business strategies with real-world
constraints. Our goal is to utilize a fluid
team management style where everyone assumes ownership
for their own deliverables while individual team
members take responsibility for key leadership roles
on a project-by-project basis.
